All payments are due at time of set-up. Payments must be made in cash, money order, Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover. Onsite Payments are processed through:

Loss of power:
The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance. We will also go over this information at the time of set-up.
Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Please dry the inside of the unit with towels prior to resuming use.
If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customers will be responsible for any damage such as dog bites, cuts with knives, SILLY STRING, damage from jewelry, etc.)
Rental unit will be picked up within 3 hours after your event time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of unit.
It will take approximately 30 minutes or more to set-up your unit/units. Our staff member will then go over all documents with you, accept payment, discuss safety and power loss related issues should they occur.
The customer reserves the right to cancel 48 hours in advance of the event for any reason without penalty. You may still cancel after this time frame, however, you are subject to a loss of your $50 deposit fee. Please call if you need to cancel after the 48 hr window has passed and we will help you reschedule your event.
