Q : How do you accept onsite payments? is it secure?

We use a business partner called Square. It's very simple we will swipe your payment and email you the reciept since we love to be green. We picked them because Sky Jumpy is serious on security. Square’s approach to security is designed to protect our customers. They monitor every transaction from swipe to payment, They continuously innovate in fraud prevention, and protect your data like our business depends on it—because it does.

Q : Do you require a deposit?

Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 48 hours prior to your rental date. If you cancel under the 48 hour window Sky Jumpy will work with you. We understand things happen.

Q : Does the inflatable need electricity? How much does it use

Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses much, much more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked.

Q : Are the units clean?

ABSOLUTELY! We use an organic all natural cleaner after every use. Our cleaner consists of natural castile soap, water, and essential oils that are known to disinfect and sanitize. We felt it was important to spend extra on cleaning supplies to ensure a safe, chemical free bouncy environment.

Q : Does sky jumpy carry insurance?

Absolutely! Sky Jumpy LLC carries a $1 million dollar liability insurance policy. We have NO secrets here at Sky Jumpy. Our insurance provider is LIBERTY UNITED INSURANCE SERVICES.

Q : Do you offer corporate rates?

Q : I need help planning my party!

Great! Our staff are experts with many years of experience planning birthday parties, corporate events, and teen celebrations. Simply call us so we can help make your event more memorable.

Q : What if it rains?

Our rain policy states that if it’s raining or there is a threat of rain you may cancel as late as the morning of at no charge. We do not deliver in the rain due to the safety of the guests.

Q : When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the event begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4-6 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before the event to confirm the set up time.
